INTRODUCTION:
Established in 1994, GBW Insights is a renowned company active in field marketing that provides Mystery Shopping services to retail companies and the business services industry. GBW Insight Inc® is currently in a contract with some of the major US stores and is accepting applications for qualified individuals for our upcoming anonymous shopping. It's fun, rewarding and you choose when and where you want to shop. There is no charge to become one of our mystery shoppers or take a survey and you do not need any previous experience. After you sign up, you will have access to training materials via e-mail, fax, or postal mail.
GBW Insight® never charges a fee to be a secret shopper. Training, tips for improvement, and shopping opportunities are provided free to registered shoppers. Mystery shoppers are either paid a pre-arranged fee for a particular shop, a reimbursement for a purchase or a combination of both, The payment for the task is $400.00 per assignment completed.
OUR GOAL:
The goal of this survey is to evaluate the efficiency of the human resources of the stores across the nation given minimal supervision. So you're to walk into any CVS Pharmacy | 7 Eleven | Ahold | Dollar General | Family Dollar | Food Lion | Giant Eagle | Kmart | Kroger | Lowes | Office Depot | Rite Aide | Safeway | Staples | Sears | Walgreens | Winn Dixie | Walmart | Albertson's outlets carrying out your assignment as a normal customer would, not hinting at the fact that you're a secret shopper/evaluator.
NOTE:
We will provide the money you'll use to carry out this assignment as you are not obliged to spend a cent out of your pocket. You get paid $400 per assignment and the minimum you can do is 1 assignment per week. It's possible to take up to 3 assignments weekly if you have the time. You must not disclose for any reason that you are an anonymous shopper or let them know you are evaluating their store. Please remember that you are to act Cool, Calm, and Confident throughout the period in which you will be carrying out the mock shopping in order not to arouse any suspicion. After purchasing the gift cards, you’re too carefully scratch-off the “Coating” on the back of the gift cards to reveal the claim code and capture the image "front & back", email it along with your evaluation reports. You're also going to write your reports and send back to me via email using the following pointers:
- Store Address
- Name of the Cashier (If visible on Tag)
- How long it took you to get services
- Ambiance/Outlook of the Shop/Outlet
- The smartness of the attendant
- Customer service professionalism
- Captured images of the gift cards & the receipts (Phone camera accepted)
- Your comments and impressions
AFTERMATH:
The reason for this survey is that some stores have been reported several times for slow services, funds missing, and an unbalanced exchange rate. purchase the stated gift cards, from the 3 stores you're evaluating and balance the reports to curtail these lapses. We aim to establish and help the customer obtain a better understanding of their positioning and their right in the marketplace.
